His Heart For Africa provides tuition fees, lunches, school supplies, uniforms, shoes, medical exams through Kamu Medical Centre, dental care through Hope Smiles, and other essential care to families in the Jinja area. It is difficult and in some cases, impossible for single mothers and families to provide education for their children. Often the choice between feeding their families or paying for school is a decision these families are forced to make.

A term for primary school (P1-P7 ~ elementary/middle school)

averages $120 which comes to $360 for a year or $30 a month. 

 

A term for secondary school (S1-S6 ~ middle/high school)

averages $435 which comes to $1,300 for a year or $110 a month.

 

Our Tuition Scholarship Program began in May 2016. God blessed us tremendously during our first year through our amazing donors. In 2016, 23 children were given the opportunity to attend school. in 2017, 35 children were given the opportunity to attend school. Currently, we have over 50 children enrolled in school. Our ultimate goal is to get every primary student we can into The Amazima School.
